Lockpicking Modlet?

Was wondering if anyone knew how to, or would be willing to create a modlet that allows lockpicking on doors where the handle is clearly visible. Specifically spawned doors. It's annoying having invested in lockpicking and still having to bust down everysingle door. Thanks in advance!
