PC Locking tools in the forge

Is there a way to lock the forge tools in the forge so they are not taken?

I also need to clarify just a single forge not all in the world.

This is a community forge and trying to keep the tools from being taken so that others can rely on the tools being in there. Thanks for any help of suggestions.

Not really. You can't take the tools out while the forge is forging, so you could lock it up temporarily by queueing up a big batch of something before you leave, if your community is disciplined enough to not cancel it. But then they'd have to wait for your items to finish before they could use it. You could write a mod where the tools are permanently consumed when you craft the forge. Then you'd change the recipes so that the new 'fully-tooled forge' can make everything without needing the tools separately. But honestly, your best solution is going to be good communication, which might look like a sign in front of the forge saying "DON'T STEAL THE TOOLS!"
