Linux VPS server wont start

I am sorry for my language but I do not know it well.

I got error: One or more DSPGraph's still exists on shutdown, destroy all graphs before program shutdown

Server VPS is hosted in aruba cloud

4GB ram, 2 x vcores, 128MB video card

I try restart VPS but this not working, reinstall OS or changing version from x86 to x64 have the same result.
