Levels of Creative Mode

I love playing in Creative Mode but I'd like to see more options, for example -

If I host a game in creative I'd like the option of being able to turn it off for anyone who joins my game except me. This is something that could make survival team runs entertaining. 

Would like the ability to choose who can have creative mode/type - Example - John joins my server I want him to be able to pull up building supplies only, but Mark cannot.

Anyways thanks for listening and thank you for my new addiction! At my age getting the heart pumping is a good thing!

You can have Creative Mode turned off for the server, but then still have it available to turn on by you, to use yourself only, by going into F1 and typing the "cm" command, as long as you have assigned yourself server permissions beforehand. You can then also assign individuals in your server access to the Creative Mode, by also manually assigning server permissions for them. You just need to assign permissions for yourself or anyone else you wish to add in the serveradmin.xml file.
I just don't think you can limit what item/block categories can and can't be accessed from within the Creative Menu, so it would be an all or nothing situation.

 Oh I did not know this... now is this only for "servers" like thru Nitrado.. can I do this on a game I am hosting? Also, thank you so much for taking the time to help!
