level 79 and 3 hrs later back at level 1 ????

just made level 79 and had to go to doctor appt. Saved and logged out, 3 hours later i was level 1 but still had everything I had at 79 minus the level. took a screen shot but wont let me add it here. 

 
Will need the log taken from when you started it up and found the issue.  The log just previous to that would be useful as well.

Be sure to follow the instructions and use Pastebin.   There is a good reason that thread tells you to read it before posting.
