Hello. I have problem with game after newest update. 
I have Acer Triton 14 with 13700H, 32GB RAM and 4070 105W TGP.

On lowest details on 1080P I have maybe 25-30FPS. But the same problem I have on better details. Before newest update from Steam I play on 1440P with High Setting + RT. 

In performance management Windows I can see usage of RTX 4070 is 100% always. No matter about details or resolution.
Any solutions?

The i7-13700H CPU only has 6 usable cores. Performance is already weak by being in a laptop, and will be even worse if Windows assigns the game client to one of the useless E-cores. Something Windows is very happy to do quite often. Disable the useless cores, or use something like Process Lasso to ensure that the client gets assigned to the six usable cores you have.

Also make sure that your BIOS is up to date so that your CPU isn't trying to kill itself. If you have not updated your BIOS since last fall, it may be too late.

You don't play the game on high setting + RT because the game does not have RT.
