I have seen the weedwhacker and other types of tools for removing grass. Now that we have a vehicle system in a17, anyone have any pointers on how to mod say the 4x4 to cut grass when driving? I looked at vehicles xml and don't see where the damage to blocks is, or how to adjust collisions?

Any pointers?

If you want tools for removing grass then out of my personal experience I will suggest you the Best Push Lawn Mowers which can clean up the grass by cutting to specific height. These are affordable and cuts grasss effectively.

I don't have an answer to your question, but cutting grass is something ive wanted to see in 7D for a long time!
