Launch Error

Hey all I got a Launch error - Access is Denied, I've never had this bug before until yesterday, I uninstalled game and it worked I thought ah fixed, until today and I get the same error, I've looked over internet and there on about Anti-cheat thing EAC, I see the EAC but I don't see this Anti-cheat thing, I don't want to keep uninstalling and installing evertime I wanna play, can anyone help me with this or tell me where to get anti cheat thing thanks.

Yes I have read them and did what they said but still to know avail you have to be an American because you obviously didn't read that I've already looked and tried.
