lags in one particular place

Helllo i need help with my problem in 7 days to die on Alpha 21 VANILLA..  I have lags around trader, before these lags, i was able to go everywhere and there was no lag anywhere, but now i cant go to this particular place beacouse the whole game is starting to lagging, i dont know what to do, i changed the graphics to low, high, i checked files of game on steam, nothing can fix that. All of my components in my computer have updated drivers.

My components(i can play normaly on Ultra graphics):
i5 13600k
1070 8gb
2x 16gb ram
M2 samsung 2tb

 
Might be due to a drone, are there any errors or warnings spamming in the log?

If it is a drone, pickup any drones you can and then delete the drones.dat file in the game save folder. You might need to run the command "jd clear" in the F1 console menu after, too.
