While playing for 30-40 minutes with my partner we get booted from the game. It has bad rubber banding as well. When I log back in we have to search for our vehicles and Bots. Has been an ongoing issue.

That is a server performance issue. Basically you need a dedicated server with sufficient processors and memory for things to run properly. XBOX barely runs 7days as is. Also try turning off settings that affect server performance on the server.
