Just checking, but the two mining skills are what get you better axes all the way to pickaxes, right? I've not mis-perked into the wrong skills? Because I'm perked into both, it's day 6, and I've only found five magazines so far. I'm flying through everything else just through random loot, mission rewards and mail boxes, but the magazines related to tools are being annoyingly rare.
