Junk miner appears to affect only some items to get up to double polymers.
For example porta potty 22932 will grant roughly double polymers with max perk as well as 3 piece porta-potty 22952-22962-22972.
However it will not affect other junk like tires, such as car tire stack 20023 and care tire flat 20026 nor mini blind bottom sheet 21278. Either perk is dysfunctional or perk description needs more detail

Place specified items Tested before and after perks and experience was acquired. used a LV6 stone axe for harvesting.
