i was just wondering if any one knows the name of the mod that adds junk mail to the trash cans that tells you about the residents or what caused the apocalypse.

You beat me to it ;)

I have an update to it I haven’t quite finished.  So if you like it , v2.0 is coming soon!  Adding more “stuff” to it, essentially.
