I have a few, but Kage is suffering to find any.. seems sporadically rare.

I think it might just be RNG.  I checked the files and they don't seem to be more rare than any other candy in the group of 11.  Unless the game is not doing a good job of being random which would be a bug then.

None from the traders so far.

Rarely from the machines there.

I get mine mostly from the random ones scattered about.
