ITEM with Permission restriction/level ?

I noticed in the game you have Dev blocks/items that only work if you are Permission 0. is it possible to create items with permission 500?

I would like to create a Donor item that only works if you are permission 500 (or what ever I decide) and if I remove/reset your permission it won't work next time you connect.

yes but you could take that item and give it to another player who is not a donor. my goal is to limit items to players with a certain permission.

First, your real problem seems to be that you're giving admin-ish privileges to players you don't trust.

Still...

ingame you can set a cvar on those players (I'm assuming it won't be that many) and add a requirement to the action on it.
