Oh fun! Is that Alpha 8 or 9 ish? Probably won't run, but try starting Steam.

But yeah, your steam client probably in offline mode.

Seems like there was a trick to getting them to run, like copying the .exe file from a16 over or something like that. Red Eagle probably posted it somewhere, but i can't find it atm.
