Issue getting server into steam server list

Hello, I have setup a 7dtd dedicated server on an ubuntu VM. I am able to connect to the server successfully from anywhere using the IP and port but I am unable to get the game to show up in the steam server list. Note: I have to use non standard ports (10000-10999). I have forwarded 10949-10999 to the server. No outbound ports are being blocked by router. Firewall on Ubuntu VM is disabled. Serverconfig and logs attached.

Server OS: Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS x64

CPU: 4 cores @ 2.20Ghz

Ram: 12GB

IP: 47.190.25.237

Port: 10949

If you're running a VM, make sure the ports are forwarded/open in the parent OS.

Based on the information give, I don't see any issues.

 
Firewall is disabled on host OS as well. I really wish there was more documentation on how the games contact valve servers :/
