I’ve been playing the console edition for years and I’ve heard people say over the past 5 years that there would be an update soon. Will there really be an update or are fun pimps pulling my leg.

So when people say nonsense it is the fun pimps that are pulling your leg?

A new port to console will happen from the finished PC version, that was the plan all along. The only news is that the publisher to port the game has been found it seems.
