Is there a way to place stones, rocks or bounders down in creative mode?

I tried searching these forums and I am unable to find any info on it.

For the boulders you have to open the DEV Blocks, see in the picture.

and yes, all these Blocks only available in the creative gameplay

(or you mod them in)
