Is there a way to escalate bug reports?

First, I apologize for doing this, but hopefully you'll agree it's warranted.

Over the past few days I've tested in several streams and have isolated it to a bug introduced in 1.4.

TL;DR, the SP that is meant to be added for cheering or gifting subs on twitch has ceased functioning.

I am posting this here, in the hope of getting eyes on it. I understand this is not the normal protocol, but since it is directly effecting every streamer running 1.4, in that people don't want to cheer or gift subs to increase SP, if it doesn't work.

Additionally, since 2.0 has been delayed, this is the main release for an indeterminate amount of time. It doesn't really look that great from a PR standpoint if it's buggy in streams. It in theory could impact sales.

Love the game, don't mean to bother, just want it to continue to be successful.

If you posted it in the bug report section, and provided the required information, then it has eyes on it.  Making a thread like this does practically nothing to "escalate" it.

Well, you'll have to forgive me.

I am just seeing tickets in there from last year with no ack or comments, so it's rather hard to know.

I'll drop it then and just let things be.

Even if something doesn't have comments on it, it's still seen by the devs.  Once they can reproduce a bug and verify it is actually a bug, they'll move it to the category for bugs that are being worked on.  If it's not a bug, it'll get moved to a different category, etc.  Some sit for a long time for various reasons - can't reliably reproduce it or it's very minor and they just haven't moved it yet or some other reason such as not following the bug report format.  But they do see all of the bug reports that are posted to that section.  As mentioned, if you provided all the information and especially if you can give a set of steps that can always reproduce it, then they'll fix it.  But how soon depends on how severe it is and how hard it is to fix.
