BDubya's Vehicle mod is amazing but it would be cool if you could find wrecked Work Truck or UAZ452 in driveways and on roads, and then have to find parts to fix them up, rather than crafting them from scratch

Is there a mod that populates the world with driveable vehicles?

I've been playing around with Vehicle Madness and although I haven't found any vehicles that are drivable out of the blue, there are certain vehicles that are easily repairable early game and others that are repairable when you get to a certain point in crafting. You need to build an Auto Workbench to repair more complex vehicles but that only requires you to be able to craft a regular Workbench and some other things.
