PC is there a memory leak?

Since last patch, I'm having insane lag spikes that freeze my whole computer. This eats up more memory than anything else I run, and I run some memory intensive stuff.

 
This game is like no other, so it is to be expected that your computer would be stressed in unusual ways.

Can you post your system specs so we can make sure you have what it takes to run this game or where the issue might be specifically? If you meet the minimum or recommended requirements, then it might be a bug and the devs would need to look into it.

The game is of course still being worked on in terms of bug fixing, so you can expect at least some improvements as each patch releases.
