Is it possible to transfer local game to dedicated server and keep all progress?

I have a dedicated server that's not got much use since we started playing on my brothers local game. Now we're all playing on the local game but want to move it over to the dedicated server. Is it possible to transfer everything (the map, home base, hoard base, and each players character progress) over to a dedicated server?
