Is it possible to make storage that can be picked up?

As the title says is it possible to make storage that can be picked up? For example being able to set a duffel bag down and place items in it then pick the duffel bag up with the items in it? Sorry I am new to 7 days modding. I have done simple xml modding but I'm not sure what the extent of what can be modded at this point, so any advice or input would be much apricated.
