Is a kick or shove command a no-go at this point?

This is the only zombie game I've played that doesn't have at least one form of "push the zombie away".  You can't even push your way past one by moving most of the time.

There just needs to be more ways to knock enemies back, with or without damage.  I'm sure a rocket launcher at point blank range would do some of that but good luck with that.

Sledgehammer and jumping over them (Dead Rising style) are pretty much my go to.

More in line with what your wanting Maharin, the best thing I can think of right now is to upgrade Brawler. At the higher levels I'm pretty consistently knocking zombies all over the place with a punch.
