I'm trying to play 7DTD co-op with a friend on a local network, but we have a really strange problem. If he hosts a MP game and invites me to play using the Steam friends list, I receive his invite without any problem, and we can play together. But if I try to send him an invite, he just doesn't receive. Steam chat messages are received okay, but not invites to join my game. Can anyone help, please? It's the same with other games too, not just 7DTD. The annoying thing is that when we first started playing 7DTD about 6 months ago, I could send invites without any problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
