PC Invisible zombies?!?!

Love playing the game but rn I absolutely hate it. I'm on day 150is and have to deal with invisible zombies that I can't hit. What's up with that?

 
Sometimes for whatever reason the location of the player get's disconnected from where you are walking and it get's stuck somewhere, almost like you lost your shadow. It's like you or the zombies get unsynced from their hitboxes.

I forget the exact reason but yes logging in and out seems to fix the issue.
