Investigating Issue - I Just Now Noticed a Pattern When In a Party; Game Lags Hard a20.X

I kinda noticed it in a20.X and I notice it more in a20.5b2 EXP has anyone else noticed it? Can we get some confirmation? Is it related to shared kill distance? Any info anyone can share would be very much appreciated.
