No mods fresh install and multiple times of verifying the integrity of the files always 1 failing
You definitely have at least one mod still there. Vanilla doesn't have boxes to the right of the word Inventory. Besides, it's clear in your logs:

Considering one is a backpack mod, that's a good indication of where the problem is.
For reference, uninstalling and reinstalling the game does not remove mods, saves, maps, etc.
