Inventory Issues?

Were there changes made to the inventory system? When I use "R" to loot stuff, I can't loot everything unless my actual bar is cleared out. Nothing will transfer to my bag inventory space. When I am trying to craft, I have to have the items on my bar or I can't craft. I can manually put items into my bag inventory but nothing will transfer there like it used to.

 
Apologies for the missing info. I am renting a server through BisectHosting. I just created a game locally on my machine and the issues that I was describing are definitely gone. I think something went wrong with my server's game's creation perhaps? Should I just go ahead and flash the server and restart?

I believe I figured out how to provide the log file, here is the file for the dedicated server in question.
