International gameplay issue with adoption of Crossplay

Im US-based west-coast dedicated server.

Ever since Crossplay was added, my international friends have been unable to connect to and download the map from my dedicated server.
In V2.0, activation crossplay causes my international friends to never be able to stay connected to download the map.
(I also host Palworld server and, they can join that just fine.)
Per logs, EAC (Specifically EoS) thinks he is on quote; "Legacy Hardware"
We have updated his Mobo firmware, network adapter, windows and GPU.
Now, there is no error... But he still just disconnects the same after 0-90 seconds.
"Litenetlib Disconnect"
No other information and it otherwise looks like he sent a disconnect request by exiting. There is no other differential nor explination.


As of 2.0, I could disable crossplay and he was fine and we could play.
As of 2.1, Disabling crossplay no longer has any effect and he cannot join dedicated server at all.
P2P games work fine.

PS: My buddy is on spectrum internet in canada, the hops take about 150-250ms and its 100ms regional hub to regional hub.
His ISP also masks their DNS and also masks the name on his local regonal hops. (Dunno backend networking to know if this is a factor or not.)
