It's great that the biome hazard protection icons were changed to survival gear, but when 4 items are placed in one slot at once - it looks terrible, please change the character equipment interface! Or, just make these items helmet molifications, that would also be a good option

They look better than the badges for sure. The idea here is that they don't have to take up backpack space or use an equipment mod slot.
