I will start this by saying I know I can choose not to play intelect builds.
There a few exploits with intelect that put it above there rest. Namely better barter and daring adventure. Max both of those out ASAP and make mini bike handle bars to sell to the traders and you will have infinite dukes and be able to buy tier 5 gear like auto shotgun before you can make it. You just need to scrap vehicle for parts for the mini bike handle bars. Pipes will be your bottle neck, but you can craft them on the forge.
With the current update gating loot stages behind badges, you may want to gate what a trader can sell behind those badges as well.
Otherwise what's the point of hindering other builds loot behind badges.
