PC Input Lag PS4

I am having a tough time figuring out how to reduce the input lag on this game for my PS4. It takes about half a second for the game to respond to my actions; Which makes shooting extremely difficult. This problem persists both online and locally. My other games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 play just fine, which makes me believe this is a content discrepancy, and not a console issue. I have tried downloading and re-downloading the game. I have tried the disc version and downloading from Playstation, but the problem continues. My friend has this game for her PS4 and it plays just fine. Is there a setting I need to adjust?

The only thing I have for you is to try to reset your cache. Do this by turning off your PS then unplugging the power cable from it. Leave it out for 5 - 15 min (I'd play it safe and wait 15 min).
