Console Injured death penalty

Don't know, never let myself get that infected before, worst I got to was 30-40% and I was penalized with a stat loss, but then I got jumped and killed by a red eyed wight.
 
A big IF, but if I'm reading the xmls right, you should get set to 1% infection if you die from infection:
