Increase max zombies on blood moon night at one time

Is there a way to mod the maximum number of zombies alive at a given time for a single player / peer to peer game --- during blood moon?   I know how to increase the total counts but not max alive at a given time.

With performance enhancements and a new PC i'd like to see what could be handled.
