Incorrect Region File Header

World was working perfectly fine yesterday, logged onto a different world and took my mods out and popped the game version to the most recent. When I went back to my solo world i am getting the region file error. I tried launching with and without mods as well as no EAC. All firewalls, security, vpn's turned off. Validated steam files and i am still stuck with this error when logging into world. I have done a bit of research and a lot said you have to delete that region file, but i would really not like to do this as i logged out of my base that has everything and took a lot of time. Is there any other ways that i could try or theories? Will post pictures of mod files and game error codes.

You don't really have a choice about the solution. Your pictures aren't really useful either.
Playing around with the mods and the game version is probably what @%$#ed it up. Or it could be from the usual culprits that can corrupt the file.

The only alternative solution to deleting the file and clean-slating that region is to have been keeping backups for which you could restore that region file from.

Also note, turning security software off doesn't help anything. Windows Defender/Security Essentials cannot be fully disabled. You have to do the exclusions.
