Import Prefabs on a dedicated server

Hello! I need help with my dedicated server

I'm trying to import prefabs using the tutorials from the wiki:

- Activating in the serverconfig the cheatmode

- Activating in the server the Debug Mode

- pressing z to add blue voxel

- Pressing K to open prefab menu

In this last step is where i find the problem. I press K and nothing happens. Anyone can help me with this?  

I dont know what i am doing wrong...
