There is a concrete block on the ground in front of a garage on a POI that I would like to know the name of.  It's a plate like ramp piece that is about half the height of the "concrete narrow wedge tip".  It look like it was recently added, like in A19, but I can't seem to find or identify it anywhere.  

Anyone have a clue?

 
type DM in the console, press F3.

aim the block with the shift pressed- the name of the block you are focused on will appear in the window.

something I've run into a couple times in the past and it was very frustrating to not know how to ID the block to find the darn thing in the creative menu.
