Hello, I'm Isaac, and I'm going to present 3 POI ideas: 1. Science Lab (in the wilderness), 2. Radioactive Caves (in the pine forest), 3. Justyz Military Fort (in the wilderness). The Science Lab would be a 3-story building. The first floor would have a capsule with a Radioactive Boe, focused on science and chemistry potions. The second floor would have an agricultural block with aloe vera and a capsule with real, already planted super corn. The third floor would have a capsule with a hellish mutant, a roof with a gyrocopter, a medicine stall on the left side, and behind it a large, wide iron box containing a wolf-vill that was a companion of the building's owner. The Radioactive Caverns were a hole in the ground of a street, then it collapsed, the front had a tunnel, with an abandoned camp of the undead detectives. Further into this cavern, there would be a cave with radioactive barrels, vegetation, rivers made of water spilled from the radioactive barrels, there were creepy crawlies, spiders, and Wights, and if you want, you can place rare loot, or animals, or both, only if you want. And the last one, Fort Justyz. It's a military base, full of soldiers, and with demolition equipment, bunkers, equipment and rare loot, with several landmines outside for protection, sand barricades and iron spikes.

Science lab in the wilderness? Ehh... Do they even have labs in the wilderness in real life? If anything, labs would be near the city or town. I for one, wouldn't wanna drive to a lab for work that's 50 or so miles away in the middle of nowhere.

Radioactive caves aren't even a thing, it'd be highly illegal for one (storing radioactive materials/waste in a cave), and two, the radiation would contaminate and kill everything around it, even if it was underground. Hell, even though they sealed up Chernobyl, the radiation still seeped through the ground and continues to contaminate and kill everything around it.

No, it's a classified air force base for development, testing and training of experimental aircraft and weapons systems.
So there isn't a lab there? I assume there is, but maybe not. The fact that it's mainly an air force base doesn't mean that having a lab there doesn't fit the description... a lab in the wilderness. Besides, it was intended as a joke regarding the conspiracy theories about it.

It has a lab, but mostly for aerospace engineering and reverse engineering foreign technology, not the kind of lab that the OP was referring to.
