I see servers that have repositioned the chat box (sample included). How? I cant find it anywhere in the XML

I've played on some dedicated public servers have repositioned the chat box from the default location, such as this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmn_iyWKN5g

How do you do this in the XML? I can't find it. Thanks much

Look for chat and chatoutput windows near the end of .../Data/Config/XUi/windows.xml
