i need help witha modlauncher problem

i have the program modlauncher for launching mods and the one i am using works for others but not me how do i fix this i been trying everything i could i even went and got  a updated modlauncherv5 and it worked once and now won't let me back in

It may be better to ask the author of the mod launcher directly. But in any case, without a much better description what is happening you won't have much luck getting a meaningful answer.
