I have a problem with hosting server

I can join my friends server and public servers but I can't host.
I mean hosting by New Game and enabled multiplayer for friends/public. (Default port)
when i start game with enabled multi, nothing changes from singleplayer,  Esc = Pause and i can't invite anybody
I don't remember very well but this problem occur since alpha 17 or 18.
In Alpha 16 i could host without any problems.

 
Hm I tried to Reinstall entire game (/%appdata%/7daystodie, registry and /steamapps/common/7daystodie)
I also checked windows defender and firewall  and it doesn't block 7days to die.
Still this same.
The only another possibility that i know is  port-forwarding but my  internet provider blocked router configuration so i can't do anything about that

Without being able to forward ports, there is no way to host a server. Will your isp forward the ports if you ask them to do it? Some providers don’t want people doing it themselves but will do it for you. I have this issue with Spectrum Business at my office. I had them forward ports to allow me remote access to my video cameras.

 
ok but there is 1 strange thing.
I can host in at least few other games in similiar way and i don't have any problems with port forwarding
