I crash / close people game when i try to join to theirs servers

When I try to join to a player world game, his game crash/close. And when I'm the host and a friend try to joins to my world, my game get close. 

If I try to join in any of this kind of servers I can close their game. 

We try this solutions:

Open this with game launcher and using the EAC

Use the windowed game 

I disable firewall, antivirus

We try another different versions

Verify local files

And trying a lot of solutions in forums and people with this issue but did'nt have answer.

I disable firewall, antivirus

1: Add exceptions for your game and save folders in your antivirus instead of disabling it.

2: Uninstall any oem software from Asus, Dell, or HP, etc.

3: Uninstall any lighting software for rgb.

4: From the launcher, select "Tools", then select "Clean game data..." and check all the boxes

except "savegames". Then select Clean. Close the launcher, don't start the game, then

verify files twice through Steam.

5: Connect with ethernet, not wireless.

6: Don't use a VPN when playing on a server.
