Now, for starters the CPU does not meet min spec.
RAM is only min spec.
You have certificate errors. Maybe you didn't exclude the server from security software, or maybe because you have an obsolete version of Windows that doesn't have the certificates loaded that were included in later builds. I cover the latter in the Pinned Support FAQ thread also.
Lastly, maybe you also did not open all of the required ports. Since you have selected the default port of 26900, you will need to forward TCP 26900 and UDP 26900-26903. I cannot see that from the log, but after you fix the other issues, this could still prevent you from connecting.

You seem to be running in a VM, is that correct? And thank you @SylenThunderfor fixing the log post. That deserves a reward. Like a free sandwich at least.
