I bought the game on Xbox, any way I could transfer it on PC?

I bought the game on Xbox from the Microsoft store but I no longer have an Xbox. I was just wondering if there was any chance I could get it on the computer. I would really appreciate it.

(also I'm sorry I just didn't know what to put as the prefix)

 
No. You will need to purchase the game again, and you cannot copy saves because the two are completely different and incompatible.
