i need help getting the mods to work together

i am trying to get the wastland and the darkness falls mods to work and it still wont

Overhauls don't work together.

So you want someone to help you merge two big overhauls into one so you can play them both at the same time? I been generous with assisting others in the past, but I am not touching this request with a 10 foot pole 
Best option is to appeal to the mod creators themselves as they know exactly what changes they did so they know where conflicts will arise. However, I doubt that they would volunteer to do it as it will probably take a ton of work to do (like bdubyah stated).
Anyone else trying to do this would have to examine the code on both mods to see where you got changes that conflict with each other. And since they are both classified as overhauls, that is going to be a lot of code to go through.
