Hunger and thirst

Not sure if this has already been mentioned but it would be nice to have the hunger and thirst bars back on the main HUD. This feels like something that you shouldn't have to check a menu or a bag to see

This is one of the first things I have done in the game: installed a mod that shows them.

Any base stat, that changes constantly should be permanently visible on the HUD, at least as configuration option.
