how would i go about adding all the schematics from a16 to a17

i'm wondering if this is going to be more work than it's worth but i really don't like the perk unlock system so i want to know how to go about bringing back the schematics and getting rid of perk unlocks but i don't know where to start? also can i remove food and water being tied to stamina?

 
I think this will be very difficult since many changes have been done since A16. Also many mechanics have changed completely.

About water, food and stamina I have no idea.
