PC How to turn Archs and Ramps upside down

Hello,

when I leftclick with an Arch in my hand I can only turn it in one axis, like the round side always points to the ground. How can I turn it that the round side points towards the sky? I hope I could explain it decently.

 
Press R for a longer time to get to the menue. Choose the option that lets you make advanced turns.

Afterwards turning should cycle through all possible orientations.
